Pittsburgh Robotics Network Membership Agreement

Introduction

This Membership Agreement "Agreement" is entered into by and between the Pittsburgh Robotics Network (PRN) and the applicant organization ("Member"). By agreeing to this contract, the Member acknowledges and agrees to abide by PRN's membership guidelines and policies.

Membership Categories and Benefits

PRN offers two membership categories:

  • Core Membership is for approved organizations that are robotics businesses operating within a 150 mile radius of Pittsburgh.
  • Network Membership is for approved organizations located outside of the Pittsburgh region.

Membership Fees & Term

Membership fees are determined based on the selected membership category and tier:

  • Bronze: $1,500 annually
  • Silver: $3,000 annually
  • Gold: Pricing based on premium benefits and organizational size

Membership fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance of this Agreement.

The term of membership is one year from the date of the invoice for payment. Memberships are subject to renewal upon expiration.

Member Obligations

Members agree to:

  • Pay membership fees in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in PRN events and initiatives
  • Support PRN's mission to advance robotics, autonomy, and AI innovation in the Pittsburgh region
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner that reflects positively on the industry and the PRN community
  • Refrain from using PRN membership for misleading or deceptive promotional activities
  • Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights of other members and PRN initiatives
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative industry environment

Termination of Membership

PRN reserves the right to terminate membership for:

  • Non-payment of membership fees
  • Violation of PRN's membership guidelines or policies
  • Conduct detrimental to PRN's mission or reputation

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

PRN's liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid. PRN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to membership.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
